The ground floor, facing the sea, houses a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living space, and a master suite with an adjoining shower room.
An additional room with two single beds is accessible through the kitchen or from the outside; this space, formerly a back kitchen, offers an extra sleeping solution without being a traditional bedroom. On the upper floor, two bedrooms with double beds have their own shower rooms and share a large terrace, ideal for admiring the enchanting landscape of our region.
For your comfort, the villa is fully air-conditioned. The exterior features a large driveway that allows parking for several vehicles, as well as a two-car carport. The beaches of La Nartelle and the numerous beach clubs are just a 5-minute drive away.
Shops and downtown restaurants are only 5 minutes away.

22 / 06 / 2025Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und unserem Hund hier verbracht. Carole hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hatte wertvolle Tipps bezüglich Wein und Unternehmungen. Es war für uns ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!
